I’m Dr. Unnatti Jain, a behavioral change expert. I started my journey well over a decade ago when I went back to school to get a master's in philosophy and a PhD in Leadership and Change from Walden University. Outside of my coaching work, I am the mother to a wonderful adult son and a yoga and meditation instructor. What IS

Life Coaching?

Life coaching is a modality supported by research that helps individuals create a

growth mindset by visiting their internal belief systems.


The coach acts as a safe space making observations and guiding individuals to their goals by raising their self-awareness through addressing their self-imposed barriers.


Driven by research and evidence-based practices, coaching may be the step many of us need to take that next step in self-betterment.

Life coaching has been shown to improve mental health and metacognition (thinking about our own thinking)

By modifying and tailoring the 52 Key Concepts from the Certified Coaching Alliance, I will work with you to get rid of your limited belief systems acquired through society, culture, family, or beyond and support you to attain the goals that you dreamt of but never really dared to set for yourself.
