Lately, I’ve been loving the book “You’re Not Listening”. It’s about communication, what we miss in conversations that are vital to human understanding, and the epidemic of not listening.

It’s been illuminating for me and contributed to a lot of growth in my emotional intelligence. I’ve learned tools to help me listen better. To be a better coach, Mother, and coworker. For my clients, it’s transformative for their relationships and their ability to advocate fir themselves in all areas of their lives.

Active listening, something the book teaches, is a buzzword we hear a lot, but don’t always know how to apply. I encourage you all to learn more about active listening, and how it can transform your work and personal lives.
