As a life coach, I spend a lot of time working on my self-worth.
I cannot be there effectively for clients if I don’t believe in myself enough to do so!
Self-worth affects so many areas of our lives.
Our relationships
Our strength as a working professional
Our ability to believe in ourselves
Our emotional well-being
Our Mental health
And that’s just scratching the surface!
I spend at least an hour each day doing something that contributes to my self-worth - sometimes it’s yoga, meditation, or a walk, and others it’s reading, learning more about self-worth, or talking about it with others, like I did in my podcast with Endre Hoffman.
