Running Workshops

I have had the good fortune to run a few workshops lately, and I have to say I’ve been so surprised by how much I’ve gotten out of them, even though I’m supposed to be the one leading things.

It’s been incredibly motivating to see people come together in the name of bettering themselves and watching them support each other in the midst of intense learning and growth.

It reminds me of the power that people have when they come together, and how transformative group learning settings can be.

I am forever grateful for being in those spaces, and I can’t wait to keep going.
