The Power of Introverts

I have a team of introverts - and they’re AMAZING. But it hurts my heart to hear that a lot of introverts in the workplace have been shamed for their demeanor or the way they approach things.

My introverts are observant, kind, and thoughtful. Though they’re often not the first to speak, they always have something thoughtful and valuable to say. They may look disengaged, but they’re typically just thinking.

Just because they’re quiet, doesn’t mean they’re disengaged.

Just because they’re the last to speak, doesn’t mean they don’t care.

Appreciate your introverts. The world would be so boring if we were all the same.
