This week, I had the pleasure of speaking at RYLA, (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards). It was such a pleasure to speak with these kind, driven, motivated young folks, and see them work toward achieving their dreams.

I’ve noticed since that talk how much we speak with our young folks about leadership, but how little we actually break it down for them.

Leadership qualities are something that cannot be overlooked but are also something we don’t explain enough. In order to create great leaders, we must explain the why, how, and what of leadership skills.

As someone with a Doctorate in Leadership and Change, I couldn’t be more passionate about this subject. Research shows, and I’ve seen with my own eyes, the ways that people transform as leaders when they’re given the proper training and the time to grow.

That’s why I’m offering targeted speaking engagements for leadership skills - specifically for those who have just entered the workforce or are getting ready to take on a leadership role for the first time in their career.
